VirtuaWin 4.0.1.2 is a virtual desktop manager for Win9x/ME/NT/Win2K/XP/Win2003/Vista.
The program lets you organize applications over several virtual desktops or workspaces. This work mode is very common in Linux.
In the Setup window you can set the desktop layout, put name to your desktops, configure the windows, the user interface, configure hotkeys, the actions performed by the mouse, enable or disable modules, set some advanced options, among other customization.
VirtuaWin 4.01 will place a small green icon in the system tray. Pressing on it you will access a window where you have three sections: Switch To, Move Here and Always Show, that will allow you to fine-tune your configuration.
When the program is running, the Alt-Tab hotkey will only work switching items for the virtual desktop in use. Should you want to access something else, you´ll need to use the green icon in the system tray.
You can always restore the windows for a given module entering in Setup/Modules and selecting the module to restore.
